Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and events provided by Ryan Maxwell Events Pty Ltd (“RME.Events”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing tickets, attending our events, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Ticket Sales
All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmed at the point of sale. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Booking fees may apply and will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Tickets are issued on the basis of the event details at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of tickets sold per transaction and to refuse or cancel orders that we believe have been made in breach of these Terms.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, schedule conflicts, or if you are unable to attend. Please check event details carefully before completing your purchase.
If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket. Booking fees may not be refundable. We will contact ticket holders via the email address provided at purchase to arrange refunds.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Event Changes and Cancellation
Programmes, artists, conductors, soloists, venues, and performance times are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of material changes in advance. Changes to the programme, artists, or timing do not entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled or substantially altered.
We may postpone or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, adverse weather, venue closures, public health requirements, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer rescheduled tickets or refunds of the face value of the ticket.
4. Admission and Conduct
Admission to events requires a valid ticket. Latecomers may be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of venue staff. Audio and video recording, photography, and use of mobile phones during performances is not permitted, except where expressly authorised.
We and our venue partners reserve the right to refuse admission, or to remove patrons from the venue, for behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the enjoyment of the performance by other patrons. No refund will be provided in such cases.
5. Accessibility
We are committed to making our events accessible to all patrons. Please indicate any accessibility requirements when booking, or contact our box office in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements. Accessibility features vary by venue — please refer to the specific event page for details.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with your attendance at an event or use of our services is limited to the price paid for the ticket. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, travel costs, or accommodation expenses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies which cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, video, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Ryan Maxwell Events and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from this website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use, requires our prior written consent.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website, or interfere with the security or integrity of our systems. We may suspend or terminate access to the website at our discretion, without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date shown at the top. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
